She has a master’s in Educational Psychology and is better equipped to assess individuals’ current state and help them achieve their goals. Nicole can help you identify objectives, overcome obstacles, create strategies, improve your network, provide a tailored resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn Profile to help you land that dream job or put you on the right track to success in the near future.
Nicole describes a Career Coach to be the sibling of a life coach. A life coach can help you with all aspects of your life. However, a Career Coach will focus on your career goals and other elements.
Nicole has always had a passion for helping people get to where they want to go. Her Career Coaching Pathway has been enriched by her certification as a Life Coach. She is able to actively listen to the cues of individuals to help them reshape their solutions to success, especially in career success.
Nicole has worked as an Educational Manager, Director of Staff and Development, Family Academic Support Advisor, and Director of Staff and Programming Development. Nicole has a wealth of experience in leadership, academic advising and career services. She also has training skills, engagement skills and professional planning/learning skills. She is a highly skilled professional with many years of experience supporting students and their educational needs. She is eager to help every student achieve their career goals!
